Find my login

Find your company's InstaSafe login.

If your office uses InstaSafe, your login page is on your own company's address, not on this website. Enter your work email and we will point you to the right one.

We read only the part after the @ to find your company's login page. The address itself is not stored or sent anywhere.

Login problems

Your IT team holds the keys.

InstaSafe builds the access system your organisation runs. Your organisation issues the accounts inside it. That is why a password, an OTP or a locked account is always your own helpdesk's to fix, and why going to them first is the fastest route back in.

Which InstaSafe product does my company use?
Enter your work email above and the page will tell you, if your organisation is mapped. If it is not, ask your IT helpdesk. They set up your account, so they know which one you are on and where it signs in.
I forgot my password.
Your company's IT helpdesk resets it. InstaSafe does not hold your password and cannot reset it for you, because your organisation issues and controls its own user accounts.
My OTP or MFA is not working.
Ask your IT helpdesk to re-enrol your second factor. This usually happens after a phone is replaced, reset or has its time set wrong. Your helpdesk can clear the old enrolment in minutes.
My account is locked.
Your IT helpdesk unlocks it. Accounts lock after repeated failed sign-ins, which is the control working as intended, and only your own administrators can release it.
I am on a new laptop or phone and cannot connect.
New devices have to be approved before they can connect, because InstaSafe binds each account to hardware your organisation has allowed. Your IT helpdesk approves the new device.
I work at InstaSafe's customer but my domain is not recognised.
Some organisations sign in on an address of their own, and some use a different email domain internally. Raise a ticket with us and we will trace the right portal with your IT team, or ask your helpdesk directly, which is usually faster.
